Festive opening of the New Koos Meindertsschool building, Art at Schools

On 7 January at 11.30 am, you are warmly invited to the festive opening of the new building of the Koos Meindertsschool. The children’s centre is, both literally and figuratively, at the heart of the neighbourhood, creating a new, connecting space for pupils, parents and local residents.

As part of Kunst Bij Scholen, artists Koos Meinderts and Anette Fienieg created several artworks for the school. The school is also named after Koos Meinderts, whose work, alongside Anette’s, has been given a permanent place within the building.

View the school’s full invitation here, and watch the behind-the-scenes video of the artwork.
