Pubished to coincide with the exhibition 'Michael Landy: The Making of Scrapheap Services' at Waddington Galleries, London, 19 June to 13 July, 1996. In 1993 Michael Landy set about creating a fictitious cleaning company called Scrapheap Services. What started as a six month project escalated into a large-scale operation spanning over two years.
